How do you find out marriage information in Kansas?

How do you locate marriage information in Kansas? Most of the states have a marriage index, or it's provided through vital statistics, etc, but I can't get through any of that for marriages in Kansas.
I'm trying to locate where my great grandparents were married. They lived around Lawton Kansas, which is Cherokee or Crawford county. Their names were William Ackley Smith and Dora Bell York. The marriage date I have recorded in an old family Bible says they married December 17, 1893, but I don't know where they married at. And that's what I'm trying to find out. Can anyone help me? Thanks!
