I didn't see any Zink or Levonduske in the KS 1910 census, Wyandotte Co. district 203. That's the Eastern part of Wyandotte Township, I believe. (District 204 also covers Wyandotte twnshp.) According to

Wolcott became part of Wyandotte, and I just assumed Wyandotte township since that was the only Wyandotte from Wyandotte Co. 90% of Wyandotte Co. is the census from Kansas City/Kansas City Township.

Did you find these people in the 1900 Census? I assume that would be the next logical step.
