Katheryn,
I'm sorry I can't help you with any information. I wanted to tell you this story. My parents were living in the house in rural McPherson County owned by Ida Hochstrasser when I was born in 1947. It was known as the "Hochstrasser Place" and later as the "Campbell Place." They pronounced Campbell, like camel. I was raised in the same square mile as this farm. It is a small world.
