My grandfather, Aaron Wines appears in the Kanss Census of 1875 for Labette County. His name is incorrectly spelled as Aron, but otherwise the information about him as far as age is concerned is correct.
He is shown as married to what appears to be Maria or Marie Wines and he is shown as being 23 years of age and she as 19 yeas of age. Another person is also sown in the household whose firt name appeas as Fanny and whose last name is not quite clear but begins with Lough... Her age is shown as 17 years of age.
I do not have other information regarding this marriage of my grandfather except the census record and a record in the 1910 US census showing that he was married three times.
He shows in the US 1880 census for Kansas as being married to Anna.... and so something happened between 1875 and 1880 to Maria (Marie) and I would like to have some assistance to find out if she died after the 1875 Kansas census of if perhaps she and my grandfather had a divorce.
Help would be appreciated in solving this question. Information about possible sources of an obituary or divorce would be helpful.
