I found a marriage record of Robert E. McKinstry and Lenora D. Leach in the Kingman county Marriage record book that was put out by the Branches and Twigs Geneological Society of Kingman County, Kansas. 1875-1913 and 1917-1920.

April 21, 1886
McKinstry, Robert E. age 25 from Kingman Co., Kansas, and Leach, Leorna D. age 18, from Kingman Co., Kansas; married by Joseph H. Marshall at Kingman, Kansas.

(IV is the location in the cemetery where buried)
