Henry and Emma Jane were my GGrandparents. they were born in Gratiot, Oh. They proved a claim in Johnson Co. KS. shortly before 1895. HF drove around in a buggy with a safe in the back, loaning money to farmers. They moved to Oklahoma, then to Seattle,Wash, San Diego, Ca, and eventually back to Ok. establishing banks along the way.Sons: Edward, Paul,Homer, and John , and a daughter, Ethel. Any information will be appreciated.
