He was the son of Grover Smith Schoonover b. 31 Oct 1858 Gentry Co MO d. 26 July 1934 Circleville, Jackson Co KS and his wife Ella Smith b. Nov 1863 Iowa.                                    June Ann Frandle, 80, Topeka, died Saturday, March 27,                                    2004, at her home.She was born June 1, 1923, in Holton,                                    the daughter of Fred and Faye Niswander Schoonover. She                                    lived in Topeka most of her life, graduating from Topeka                                    High School. She served in the U.S. Navy during World                                    War II.Mrs. Frandle was an active member of First                                    Assembly of God Church and was an officer in Women                                    Aglow for many years. She also was a member of the                                    Gideon Auxiliary.She married Clarence Dale Frandle on                                    Oct. 7, 1952, in Escondido, Calif. He survives.
                                   Other survivors include her son, William Earl Woodworth                                    and wife, Linda, of Lenexa; a brother, Richard L.                                    Schoonover, of Mira Loma, Calif.; and two granddaughters.
                                   Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at First Assembly of                                    God Church. Entombment will be in Mount Hope                                    Mausoleum. Mrs. Frandle will lie in state from 9 a.m. until                                    service time Monday at the church.
                                   Clarence Dale Frandle Clarence Dale Frandle, 86, of                                    Topeka, passed away Sunday, February 27, 2011 at his                                    home. He was born February 13, 1925 in Topeka, the son                                    of Louis and Velma (Dunn) Frandle. He was a graduate of                                    Topeka High School in May of 1952 and was selfemployed                                    for most of his working years. Clarence was a member of                                    First Assembly of God Church, an advisor for Topeka                                    Aglow, a lifetime member of Businessmen's Full Gospel                                    and Gideon's. Clarence was preceded in death by his wife,                                    June Ann Schoonover-Woodworth. Survivors include a son,                                    William (Linda) Woodworth, Topeka; two granddaughters,                                    Amber Holliday and Megan Thompson and three                                    greatgrandchildren, Austin Holliday, Cole Thompson and                                    Jett Thompson. Funeral ceremonies will be 11 a.m.,                                    Thursday, March 3, 2011 at the Mt. Hope Mausoleum                                    Chapel, Topeka. Entombment will follow at Mount Hope                                    Mausolem, Topeka
