There is an Isaac Ward b. 17 Aug 1839 d. 4 May 1923 Sec 7Lot 7 buried in the Holton Cemetery, but there is no Bulah Ward. This Isaac is buried next to a Sarah A. Ward, his wife.

There is a Bullah Ward d. 3 Aug 1892, 55yr 1mo 1d, in Circleville Cemetery but she is w/o Wm Ward.

That is the only Bullah listed in the Jackson Cemeteries from the book Monumental Inscriptions from Jackson Co., KS Cemeteries by Allen Gardiner
