Looking for info on my g.grandfather Karl KUMMER, b.10/08/1867. 1900 census shows him farming in So.Roscoe Twp, Hodgeman Co. Immigration records from Ellis Island show him arriving 1892. 1920 census lists his home as 'Stolp,' Germany. He married Adeline FEIGE on 04/08/1901 near Dodge City (Urlipp?)at her brother's house (Emil and Martha FEIGE.) Karl and Adeline Kummer spent most of their lives in Great Bend, KS. Does anyone know either of these families, or where S.Roscoe Twp is located? Thank you.
