Hi William,

Thanks for your information. My g-grandfather was William Oscar Ormiston who was b. in Washington Co. OH. His father was W.O. Ormiston Sr. and his father was David b. 1800 in Scotland.

W.O. Ormiston Jr. left Washington Co. OH and settled in Linn Co. MO for sometime before coming to Barber Co. KS and settled NE of Medicine Lodge. My grandmother was Margaret (Ormiston) Palmer. They left Barber Co. and went to SW Kansas to Seward Co.

I have pics and gravemarkers for my line on www.findagrave.com if you want to see. My Palmer grandparents and Ormiston great grandparents are buried at Kismet Cemetery in Kismet,KS.

I grew up in south central Kansas and now in Oklahoma.
