Mr & Mrs Harley Davis, 541 W. 5th, Long Beach, Los Angeles Co. CA; attended the Franklin Co. KS Picnic held at Hillcrest Park, Fullerton, Los Angeles Co. California. This list not dated, but would be between 1940-1947.
For many years a Franklin Co. KS picnic was held in the Los Angeles are for those connected to or from Franklin Co. KS.

There is a Harley S. Davis who graduated from Williamsburg H.S, Franklin Co. KS in 1918.

I am not of this family. Posting this in hopes it helps someone.
