Where is Bucklin Cemetery

I am working on a Family Genealogy. Some notes I have received say "they are buried in Bucklin Cemetery, Kiowa Co, KS". My Rand McNally Atlas shows Bucklin in Ford Co.
Is it possible the Town is in Ford Co and the Cemetery in Kiowa County?
Another note I have says "they settled on a ranch near Sum City, Kiowa Co, KS". Could they mean Sun City, Barber Co, KS.
The person that furnished this info is now deceased, and I like my records as near perfect as I can.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
