Would someone please advise me how to find information on someone who worked for the City of Hays probably in the 1960-70's? An address for a City Clerk, perhaps. Is there a library there with genealogical information? Does it have newspapers on microfilm---to search for an obituary? Can someone provide addresses for local funeral homes that may have been operating in that time. My mother is 78 and lost contact with a cousin many years ago. I've just discovered that he possibly lived in Hays at the time of his death. Maybe I can track his children. I will appreciate any help. Thank you.
