In his father's March 1919 obituary, Clinton CARR was living in Arkansas City, KS.
This is what his last remaining sister, Minnie, had on him.

His mother died the last day of the year in 1931 and her one regret was that she couldn't find her last son to wish him well. The family stories were that he drank heavily.

"Clinton Carr
In the city June 5th, at the age of 74 years. Late resident of Hubbard, Oregon. Graveside services will be held Thursday, June 8th at 10:00 a.m. at the Lee Mission Cemetery. Services will be under the direction of the W. T. Rigdon Co."
The age is somewhat off but perhaps whoever wrote the obit wasn't aware of his true age.
His years between 1900 when he was with his parents on the census and his SSDI are a blank.
