Roy E. Elliott was from Cloud Co. KS, a son of Edward Linus Elliott and Helen F. Anderson. Siblings were: Zoe Bernice Elliott Bronson Golden Brooks, Maxine Elaine Elliott Harsha, and Mary Lou Elliott Shults. Roy was married to Gwendolyn F. Smith and had at least one child.

He died in the Korean War and his remains have recently been found through DNA. A group of us are trying to find any living relative of this brave soldier, so that he can be reunited with his family. We are seeking contact!

A newspaper article was posted about him in Cloud County, KS as a letter to the Editor. If any one can help, please email me at

Thank you so much! We are hoping after 59 years to reunite this soldier who gave all, with his family.
