Marshia, I found the following at the Cherokee County Genealogy and Historical Museum in Columbus, KS.
From the obit cards:
William Wilson, age 43, died Wednesday, Oct. 17, 1962 in a cave in in the Velie mine west of Cardin, OK. The body was recovered Friday, Oct. 19, 1962. Burial was in Greenlawn Cemetery. Born Sept. 13, 1919 in Columbus, he lived in Picher, OK most of his life. Father Frank Wilson. Wife, Helen. Sons, William Lee, David Louis, James Frank, and Raymond Allen Wilson. Brother, John Wilson.
James Frank Wilson, born Aug. 22, 1951 in Miami, OK died Oct. 3, 1976 in a car accident one mile west of Baxter Springs, KS. Son, Michael. Mother, Helen. Brothers, Raymond, David and William.
