Looking for Thomas B. Carpenter and descendents who were in Cherokee County Kansas, Ottawa Oklahoma, and Newton County Missouri beginning in 1890. Thomas and his wife Cora M Shofner Carpenter had three children, Alma, Mabel, and Thomas Jr. Alma taught school in Galena for some time. Thomas ran a cigar store in Galena in 1912. Thomas Jr. is buried in the IOOF Cemetery in Neosho Missouri.
