James Malory Roberson, b. 8 June 1818 - Virginia - d. 17 January 1901 - (Robison on the 1900 Federal Census for Center Township, Chautauqua Co., Kansas) married Permelia Kindred, b. 21 May 1818 - d. 10 Dec 1861. Permilia is buried in the Miller Cemetery near Arrington, Kansas - Per a note transcribed by Charlotte and Pat Ramsey, James and Permelia were Married 3 March, 1840 in Madiso Co., Kentucky .... James listed as James "Robinson".

Two daughters of James M. Roberson and Permelia Kindred married two sons of James G. Wells, b. Dec 1815 NY and Alma S. Humphrey, .

Mary Elizabeth Roberson, b. 1 Jan 1847 married 26 Dec 1866 to William Henry Wells, b. 13 Feb 1842

Lucinda Julina Roberson, b. 16 Apr 1851, married James Watson Wells, b. 1 April 1845 - James and Lucinda Wells are buried in the Belknap Cemetery, Chautauqua Co., Kansas
