Lars Eric Jansson/Johnson/Larson has shown up in a selected name survey of burials at Blankenship Cemetery, an older cemetery across the road from the Rosalia Cemetery in Kansas. A volunteer wrote that he is "Lars Larsen." The -en spelling is generally in Norwegian names, not Swedish, so may be a typing error. The family list is at this URL: https://netfiles.umn.edu/users/peka0025/www/ramona/larson/sweden/larson_lars.html Can anyone direct me to death/burial records, maybe obituaries? I think his residence may have been his own farm, later the residence of their daughter Gustava, who married Charles J. Wattenstrom. They had close relatives living in Wichita and in Oklahoma. Their grandson John G. Soder lived in Leslie and in Centreville Mississippi. His wife is Anna Charlotta ("Anna" or "Charlotte"). Her name in Swedish and family records is Anna Charlotta Jansson. She was born 16 Oct 1831 in Bo Parish, Orebro, Sweden. Their son Axel Ludvig Larson lived in both Day County and Marshall County, South Dakota. Their son Charles Henning Larson lived in Bryant SD, and Lake Norden SD after 1907. Her daughter Sophie was married to Axel W. Lundeen in Britton SD on 20 Jul 1907. Britton is near Hill Head. I would appreciate any information that might lead to the discovery of Lars's precise death date, and where his wife is buried. Thanks for helping me to solve this puzzle and maybe to learn more about Lars and Charlotte's family in Butler County Kansas.
