I'm looking for information on the family of William Krieg, born in Kehl, Germany around 1850-55. He married Josephine Kearns (also born in Kehl, Germany) and came to the U.S. some time in the 1880s. I believe the family settled in Ohio first before finally ending up in Indianapolis. They had 5 children:
Catherine Clare (b. 11 Nov 1875) (my g-grandmother)
Leopold (m. Lisbett ??)
Louis
August Jerome
Pauline (m. Dan Meier, d. in Detroit, MI)
William, Jr. (m. Jenny Bossler)
