I too am looking for Krieg/Kriegh leanage. Mine is Philip Krieg- Krieger from Germany. It might be coinsidental, but his wifes Grandfather was also married to a Pfifer.
Balthasar Suss m. Maria Barbara Pfister 1724 in Graben, Baden, Germany.
His son Christopher Suss was born in Baden Germany, married in Lancaster through the Emanuel Lutheran Church.
and his daughter Caterinia Suess m. Philip Krieg in 1762, Warwick, Lancaster also through Emanuel Lutheran Church.
But I noticed August Krieg came from Amsterdam, and Philip and family came from Rotterdam, (We think!). Does any thing look like it might connect? I haven't seen an August in the Lutheran church, but Krieg has been written a shmillion different ways! Ours moved to Hagerstown Maryland, But I also found a large Krieger/Creager (they changed their name) only abt. 4 miles away! Philip Caspar Creager and family, in "Creager's town". This Creager named one of his sons Conrad as well. Sincerely, Abbey
