Seeking information on the family of Jacob Krieg (or Kreig) (1778-c1845) and wife Mariana (1779-c1865) who immigrated from Beuren, Wurttemebrg in 1834 and settled in Monroe County, Ohio. Jacob's son John Krieg (1803 - c1885) had descendants who lived in Monroe Co. Another son, Jacob Krieg (1814-c1850) died in Louisville, Jefferson Co., Kentucky, leaving descendants there and in Bartholomew County, Indiana. A daughter Maria Barbara Krieg (1806- ) immigrated to America in 1832 (nfi). Another daughter Christiana Krieg (1824- ) immigrated with her parents and apparently married Christopher Bendle (or Pindle) in Monroe County, Ohio. Looking for information on the family.
