It relates to Emanuel Custer, 1779-1829. [deceased] dating back to 1830. The action took place by the sheriff in 1834.

It related to his deceased son, Emanuel. 1779-1829.
There is an error in identity "Emanuel Cster, 1779-1829.
This item refers to death of Emanuel Custer, Jr.
