Long Shot -- Kratz and Schwindt connection

I am looking for someone who has information on my 3GGF, Valentine Kratz. He was an early settler in Waukesha county, Wisconsin.

Died
3 Aug 1862
New Berlin, Waukesha, Wisconsin
Buried
5 Aug 1862
New Berlin, Waukesha, Wisconsin

He married Angelica Stern or Stem around 1815 (date not exact) According to my records, it looks like they had 9 children. One of which, Catherine, married my 2GGF, Jacob Scwindt.

I am looking for more information on both Valentine and Jacob, but especially Jacob at this point. I am hoping someone on the Kratz side has kept better records and I can find Jacob's Parents and/or exact birth place.

Any help would be so appreciated.
