Hi Geraldine, I hope you are still receiving notices for genforum.
I have a Frank J b. 30 Jun 1884 b. Greilickvile, Leelanau, MI - borders Traverse City, Grand Traverse County.
Mine is the son of Frank Wencel Kratochvil and Catherine
Martinek and the grandson of the immigrant Franticek and Anna Simek.Frank J. d. 7 Dec 1925 Greilickville, Leelanau, MI
but.. I do not have a marriage for him unless he married
while out of state as he was gone awhile.
You can find the spelling for Kratochvil in my ways don't let that limit you from checking out possible family but not using the name spelled only one way.

Obituary:
Frank J. Kratochvil was 41 year old when he died at the home of his sister Miss Blanche Kratochvil in Greilickville. He died on a Monday evening in 1925
His boyhood was spent in Greilickville but he later moved to Seattle, Wash. where during the war, he held a federal position. He was summoned to Greilickville on account of the death of his father
Frank Kratochvil Sr.
Since that time he was confined to the old family residence in Greilickville.
Surviving are the widow and five shildren, four sisters, Mrs. Anna Wright of Fon Du Lac, Wis. Mrs. Rose Greilick and Mrs. Juila Greilick and Blache Kratochvil of Greilickville.
Funeral services were at the Hibbard Chapel in Traverse City, Mi. with Dr. Demas Cochlin officiations .
Burial was in the family lot in the Oakwood cemetery.
