I am in search of my great grandmother's family(Elizabeth Krapf). Her father was Johannes Krapf (b-1824) a miner who was born in Prussia Germany. He came to the US in 1854 with his 2 children. They settled in the Ashland Pa. area. Johannes had a brother named Ernst who settled nearby in Tamaqua, Pa. I don't know who Ernst married but I found he had a daughter named Rosena Krapf. Rosena not being a common name, I was wondering if this might be the same Krapf family??
I would like to chat with you to see if there is a connection.
Thanks - Valerie Krapf
