I am looking for assistance in finding more information on my ancestors. My Kramer line ends early at the name/generation where each emigrated to America. Here is the info I have:
Polina Meyer and Jacob Kramer each emigrated individually (we assume) from Prussia and Hungary (respectively). The later married in Goshen, Elkhart, Indiana, and had 7 children (Sarah, Pearl, Rosa, Samuel, Joseph, Charles and Solomon). Their eldest, Sarah, later married Henry Kramer (Jacob's nephew) who also emigrated from Hungary.
Polina & Jacob both died in Caruthersville, Missouri. Three of their children eventually moved to southern California, including my gg-grandma Sarah, but I don't know about the rest. All of the information I have for my Kramer family is that they all initially settled in Goshen, Elkhart, Indiana. As for finding any information in their home countries, I am stumped.
If you recognize these names, have information regarding them, or suggestions on where I should go next- especially regarding their European homelands, I would greatly appreciate your information or advice. What detailed information I do have in regards to dates and places I am willing to share.
