That is a step in right direction.The spelling you have is Hungarian CSABOLA - C^ABOLA, if there is such a surname. Some surnames have evolved.
Even if they married in US, still a common language and a religion would narrow down or put them in the same region.
As you know, up to 1918 the empire was A-H
