Just found out on my Gr. Grandparent that Kraehmer was different than I thought. Anna Kraehmer was the daug. of Katherine (Horner) Blindt and John Blindt and lived in Galena, Il. She and her husband LeRoy Kraehmer along with her parents died in Galena, Il., and are all buried in Greenwood Cemetery in Galena, Il. She had 3 sisters: Carrie (Caroline) Dreier,who resided in Freeport, Il.,married Carl Dreier: Mary Brown, married to John Brown, resided in No. Dakota until Johns' death, then moved to Kelso, Wa., with daugh. Kathryn Schaff; and Louise Lena Phillips,married to Orin Phillips and resided in Pearl City, Il., until her death in 1986. Louise and Orin Phillips were my grandparents. The girls had a brother, John Blindt, whom I thuink moved to Ohio. Katherine Blindt came from Germany at age 17 yrs. John Blindt was born in Galena, Il.
