Hi Ken,

my name is Andreas Kovermann from Germany. I live near Osnabrück, where the Kovermann-Family originally came from. Actually there where four cousins who went to the States - Johann Friedrich Kovermann in New York, Hermann Heinrich ("Herman Henry") in Pennsylvania (later California) and - last not least - Johann Heinrich and Johann Conrad Kovermann both of Minster, Auglaize Co., OH.

As you can see I have a lot of data for our family. If your father is Raymond Ludwig from Dayton married to Dorothy Gladdis Armstrong you are four generations away from Johann Heinrich ("John Henry") Kovermann - and a few more generations from one of our common ancestors: Conrad Friedrich Covers from Mettingen in Westfalia, Germany.

If you like, I'll send you all the data (Text-Dokument, GEDCOM) - or maybe you have a look at (Login: thenglar). I update the pedigree regularly and it must be quite right until the year 1930. After that I could only try to put the bits and pieces together - and I guess there might still be some mistakes.

Maybe you could help me to correct errors in your part of the pedigree. I would really appreciate if you could give me a short feedback.

Greetings from Good Old Germany,
