My grandmother, Fredericke Kovacs, had an adopted brother called Josef Kovacs in Austria. He was adopted by Franz Josef Kovacs who was born in Hungary somewhere but died in Graz, Austria sometime. I don't know if this is of any help to you at all but I'm trying to research my family as well and I don't seem to be getiing anywhere. If anyone has any iformation on either Fredericke Kovacs, Franz Josef Kovacs or Count Franz Josef Kovacs then please I will be glad to hear anything. Good luck to you all and you don't know, we might all be related somehow!
