Yes Beca,

That is correct. That is my grandfather's parents (Dora & Joe) and his sisters & brother (my dad's (Donald) aunt's and uncles).

There is another variation of the spelling: Cosminsky

It seems Jennie Cosminsky, daughter of Joseph & Fannie Cosminsky was born in our same Wayne County in Detroit, MI 02/1889? That's why I feel she MAY be related. We were all born in Detroit, MI.
