I am looking for any information on my gg-grandfather, Simon KORN (although in our family records, the name was written as Von Korn and later Van Korn. In the 1880 and 1900 censuses, the family was listed simply as Korn). Simon F. Korn was born in Prussia abt. 1820 and married a woman named Amelia, born in Saxony abt. 1838. Simon and Amelia had two sons, Louis and Charley. I would like to find out where in Prussia Simon was born and who is parents are.
