Status of General Mike Leeper, Quartermaster Unit?

Any information as to known whereabouts of retired General Mike Leeper, as he was known, are requested to satisfy cousin who served in Korea in Quartermaster Unit.

He is not listed on Social Security Death Index (Yet?) and it is unknown what his middle name or middle initial may be.

2Lt. James Hewlett is seeking information from him. He is my cousin and would like to contact General Leeper or have contact from him.
