maybe you knew my dad Billie J. Sanders (Sandy)76yrs old.Sandy was wounded in Waegwen, Korea in Sep.24, 1950,
(A Btry 469th FA Bn Fort Sill, Oklahoma)On this Army form it reads C I E- Purple Heart- KSM w/5 Bz Camp Stars- United Nations Svc Medal. I know one gets a Purple Heart for being wound, could you tell me what the rest stands for. I really never knew much about my Dad and I am working on his family tree. I believe he retired in 1969 as an SP6, E6, he was a cook on Tank Hill at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. Any help is greatly appreciated.
