Dear Gary,

If a man were a normal size and weight I would agree that it was physically impossible for a snake to eat a man but in this case the men in question had been starved, they weighed about 6 or 7 stone, the boa constrictor crushed the friend of my grandfather then ate him. I think, having heard this story many times, that it is perfectly possible that this could have been possible. I don't yet know more of the sorts of awful things that happened to these men but I imagine they were extraordinary and horrific things some of which we may never really know about.

I would appreciate any information about the Korean War, the Glosters in particular, and not idol nit picking.
