Sammie & Katherine Adams
Posted by: Shannon Dale Byrd Date: January 28, 2002 at 08:36:28

I am looking for information about the widow of my g-uncle, Sammie Ligie Adams. Her name is Katherine, but her maiden name is unknown by my family. Sammie was killed during the Korean War when he fell from his ship and was crushed to death. Our family lost contact with Katherine shortly after this event. If Katherine is still living, I would love to contact her or a member of her family. I know this is a very vague search; but it is all I have to go on. Sammie and Katherine were apparently stationed in California before Sammie's death. If you have any leads, please contact me at byrdman10@iname.com.

Thanks,
-Shannon Dale Byrd
