Med Airman

My father was in the Korean War 1950-1954. I have my fathers military records and on one of the forms it has his most significant duty assignment. This is what it says:

Clr Co 15 Med Bn APO 201 Med Airman
What do this mean? Also under if he had any medals it has this: NDSM

I would appreciate any help on what this means.

Thanks for your help.
