Looking for a Robert Olinger who was in the Army in the 70's and stationed in Kansas City, Missouri or Kansas, then over in Korea around 1978. He knew a Alice Faye Downing who was also in the Army during this time. He is my biological father. I do have a picture of him and his social security number. According to online social security records, his card was issued in Illinois. If you know him or this fits your description and are interested in knowing about your daughter, please contact me.
