Hi Shane - I have successful helped my son find his Korean birth family (he is now 14 - we found them at age 11). The best place to start is with her agency and with her Korean adoption file. Also, Kyoungsangnam-do is now spelled Gyoungsangnam-do (they changed the Romanization). It is a province/state. Having the city name would help you as well. This province is in the south east part of Korea, far from Seoul. If I can help you further, feel free to e-mail.
