Half Sister in Korea, DOB 1970-1972 - Caudell

Hello, as so many I'm also looking for a half sister in Korea. Unfortunately, I don't have any names. My dad was stationed with the US Army in Korea probably between 1970 - 1972 +/-. His name was Jimmy Caudell. He passed away this year, however, I never found out any more information as to the names. The only thing we found was a picture with him and potentially his girlfriend - the mother of my half sister. It would be great if anyone knew of any other venues of finding someone there. I've tried the US Embassy there, but they told me that there is no way they could find her. Then, I don't even know if she would have been told about him....so many questions. Any information/ideas/comments are appreciated.
