John Koplin b. 1722 & Mary Rambo

I'm looking for confirmation of a John Koplin who married Mary Rambo in Pennsylvania. Ickes family history says that John was the "Baron of Coblentz" who came to the United States when Peter the Great took his land in Prussia. He originally came to Albany, NY but then moved to what is now Perry County, Pennsylvania. He married Mary Rambo who was born in the Philadelphia area around 1718. Their daughter, Alice Mary or Elizabeth (I've seen both names), married Michael Ickes. Alternative spelling of the last name include Koblin. Any help would be appreciated.
