I've been researching my Koons ancestry sine 1977, without limited success.

I do know that John Koons, the son of Henry Koons (Koontz), was born curca 1750 in Maryland. This same John Koons was married in August of 1780 to Catherine Roar. They had among their children a son, Henry, who was born circa 1782 in Maryland. This son, Henry, married in circa 1807 (probably in Maryland) to Elizabeth (maiden name unknown). Henry and Elizabeth had among their children a son, Samuel, who was born in Maryland in 1809. Henry Koons, the husband to Elizabeth, died in Perry County, Ohio circa 1860.

What is the surname of Henry's wife, Elizabeth?
What is the parentage and ancestry of Elizabeth?
What is the name of John Koon's (born circa 1750)mother?
What is the parentage and ancestry of Catherine (Roar)Koons?
