Only C3b is Native American. C3 is found from Germany to the New World. You would have to have the DeepSNP to prove C3b - and thus Native American ancestry. It is known that Henry Emmit Koonce descends from a line that came from Germany, not Native American, BUT there could have been an NPE (Non paternal event). You really need to have the DeepSNP to see if he is indeed Native American.
