Looking for a Susan Koonce b. abt 1813 in Jones Co., N.C. that married Michael/Mitchel McDaniel about 1831? Their 1st child was born in NC and then they moved to Sumter County, Alabama. Mr. McDaniel died about 1868 and then Susan moved on to Texas with her son, John Cass McDaniel. She would have died about 1878 in Cooke Co., Texas.
