I see you haven't posted to these boards in a few years, so hope you are checking them from time to time. Re the Michael Mahan you answered re the "Presidential Twins"---I am trying to contact Michael about his MALLOY / MALOY family that was in Arkansas (Lee A. Maloy, wives Annie and Dollie, and daughter Katie Mahaley Estelle Malloy Mahan)...
He hasn't posted in a couple of years. If you have been in contact with him re the KOONCE line, I would very much appreciate you putting him in touch with me ... or sharing his current email address with me.
His Lee A. MALOY great great grandfather was the daughter of Lizzie --and Lizzie was my great grandmother Clara COOPER McLAIN's half sister. Long story---Lizzie's and Clara's mother Parthenia outlived several husbands--and her last marriage Aug. 18 1876, Monroe County, Brinkley, AR was to Dillard L. COOPER who died 1884 on his farm there. On the 1880 census in Monroe Co., Brinkley, AR Lizzie (shown as COOPER) is in that Dillard L. COOPER and Parthenia household (I have much info on both parents)----and also in that household were two MALLOY nephews---Dan and John. Lizzie / Elizabeth P. REYNOLDS later married Daniel.
The Reynolds surname has been tripping me up, (a missing husband of Parthenia) but I know it was the Lizzie "COOPER" in the 1880 household who married Daniel MALOY. I have a photo of Lizzie MALOY, written on it is 'half-sister of Clara COOPER' ... and Clara's granddaughter (my mother) is still alive to share family lore with me--so I know about Aunt Lizzie through Mother.
Lee A. MALLOY was born to Daniel and Lizzie, and after Dan died young, Lizzie is the mother in the 1910 household of Lee A. MALLOY and 1st wife Annie in Monroe County, Keevil twp, AR ... and in 1920 she is the mother Elizabeth in Lonoke, Magnes twp, AR with Lee's 2nd wife Dollie.... and the daughter Katie (Mahaley Estelle) MALLOY who later married (according to Michael Mahan) David MAHAN.
Whew, but wanted to include all the info in case you want to send it on to Michael ... crossing my fingers you might be in touch with him.
Thanks, Audrey in Tennessee
