I am seeking information regarding Theodore Koonse. He was born April 30, 1870 or 1871. We know that he died at the Topeka Hospital in Kansas in the early 50s and that he lived for quite a while before that in Wamego, Kansas. He may also have had an uncle that lived in Wamego, Chanute or Ellsworth, Kansas. We think his middle name was Bird or Byrd. We are not sure if Koonse was his actual surname or just a name he took. He claimed his parents were George W Koonse or George R Koonse and that his mother was Emmaline Gerheart and that they moved to Hugo Oklahoma circa 1900. He also claimed that he had a sister named Anna who married either a Stafford or a Spofford and died young. However from family information we have researched we can find no information on him. Can you help?
