This is what I found out for you. The Hillsborough Presbyterian Church is located at 102 West Tyron, Hillsborough, NC 27278
phone # (919)732-3131. I know you said you were calling & getting no answer, I just wanted to give you the # I found. Since Hillsborough is in Orange County, I sent a query to the Orange Cty, NC mailing list concerning your questions. Hopefully some responses will surface. Lastly, I checked NC Vital stats..They are not going to help you as they don't have records before the early 1900's. I was unable to find out how far back NJ records go. It is unlikely they will go back as far as you need, but the # for NJ Vital Stat information is

In reading over the info on Mary & Frederick I am fairly certain they were married in The FPC in Elizabeth, NJ. Their wedding date was Sept. 1, 1803. They were married by Henry Kollock who was minister of the FPC at the time. Also, I think Frederick went to College in NJ at Princeton? Anyhow, that being the case the FPC should have documentaion of their marriage. The phone # for the FPC is (908) 353-1518.
