The LDS-Mormons have filmed the church records of Slovak Republic so if the town is Spisska Nova Ves than you can order the church records and gather ancestral information yourself.
The Czech Republic did not allow the LDS to film the records and thus you would have to hire a researcher in CZ or go to the archive yourself. No old records in the church.
The town of Jihlava's phone book is not listing KOLESAR or HAKY. http://phone.quick.cz
I am suggesting Iglo-Spisska Nova Ves, Slovakia for your ancestor but of course it would be best to locate a piece of paper with the place of birth in USA papers.
www.geoportal.sk/roep/e.php in Unknown owners HAKY owned land in Hniezdne which is in the Spis region and on the same road as Vysne Ruzbachy and Lackova.
The papers up to 1918 would say either Austria, Bohemia, Moravia for ancestors arriving from present Czech Republic and Hungary for ancestors from present Slovak Republic.
Take a look in Slovak Pride in www.helenezx.homestead.com as a surname HAKEY is listed as being from Lackova, Spis by a descendant Hanzes and Moroney.
