Robert's parents were George & Delia (Norris) Kolb. He had a sister Emma b. 1862 KY.
Robert on 1880 census for Jackson Co., IL. with parents and mentioned as an heir in his father's will written 1902. He is not listed on the 1900 census...he may have been overlooked.
I can find no further info on Robert. Would like to know if he had a wife and children.
